The StartUp Hub of University of Sri Jayewardenepura is teaming up with National Enterprise
Development Authority (NEDA) to organize “Upadhidhari Vyavasaya Udaanaya 2023” that is a
three day training session for undergraduates and recently graduates of USJ, to promote and
encourage their entrepreneurial mindsets and skills. The event is scheduled to take place at the
Senat Boardroom USJ starting from the 19th of May 2023 to the 21th of May 2023, beginning at
9:00 a.m.. Undergraduates and graduates who participate in this programme will have the
opportunity to learn from experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders. The most
exceptional ideas from Entrepreneurship undergraduates’ and graduates’ final year
thesis/dissertation/projects will be funded by NEDA.
The program will consist of the following content and will be offered over a period of three days.
Day 01
Awareness program for graduates Programme introduction and welcome
Industry experience sharing sessions
Entrepreneurship skill-boosting activity
Day 02
The Catalyst for Growth- Brain into Business
Production and admin plan
Discussion and feedback on the production and admin plan
Day 03
Business Plan development
